Good price, poor customer service I initially left a good review but made a revision because their customer service was poor. Everything was good until I bought the car and left. I initially planned on picking up the car later day, but they offered to deliver it for free. Since I live in SF, I took the opportunity and made an arrangement for the delivery. I took a day off, waited, and it's a no show. The guy kept making excuses and kept moving the date. I finally got fed up and picked up the car myself. It was very frustrating and seemed obvious to me that they didn't care about customer service after closing the deal. Overall, very disappointing. More

Great customer service Gino was a great salesman! He really was super attentive to hearing us out when it came to negotiation as well as keeping a great conversation outside Gino was a great salesman! Using his own personal experiences really helped emphasize that this is more than just a job and really showed how much he wanted to help us. Even after the negotiation he was super helpful and really made it easier for us to say yes to the car. Val also was amazing. He really helped seal the deal and pressed hard to get the best deal we could get. Even when we needed time to think about it, he had great patience for that and his negotiation really helped with us driving away with our dream car. After the negotiation, Gino put himself forward to clean the car as much as he could to be sure we could see after the stickers were taken off. Overall, Gino and Val made this experience the best it could and because of them, we are driving away with this awesome car. More

My Uconnet is not able to locate my vehicle. I keep getting the run around. Uconnect is saying to replace the system and Chrysler appears to be clueless. This has been going on for 3 months. Eve I keep getting the run around. Uconnect is saying to replace the system and Chrysler appears to be clueless. This has been going on for 3 months. Every time I bring my car in, something is not working and they can not test. If my car is stolen, I have no way to locate it. Today, when I tried to locate my vehicle that's sitting in front of my home, in Oakland, my car is showed in Castro Valley. If I had know the service would be so awful, I would have gone somewhere else. When request to locate my vehicle, I can see it streaming and 15-20 mins later, I receive a fail message. When are you going to fix the problem or replace the unit????? I honestly hate coming there. It's cold, no one appears to care about the customer. There is no desire to go the extra mile.........for a Jeep owner.........Alfredo is the only person that's willing to help and he's in sales......... More
