I took my car in to get serviced for the airbag light that kept coming on and my check engine light. Both got fixed the same day and I was very pleased with their customer service as other CDJR dealershi that kept coming on and my check engine light. I made an appointment for March 15, 2021 with Chris for service for my Jeep Compass at 10am. I was told to wait in the waiting room which was no problem. My husband arrived nearly 40 minutes waiting Chris service for my Jeep Compass at 10am. I was told to wait in the waiting room which was no problem. My husband arrived nearly 40 minutes waiting Chris called for another customer. My husband asked him how much longer would it be? Chris responded, what! Aggressively and very disrespectful. My husband doesn't like dealing with uneducated, unprofessional, ignorant and ungodly workers. I drove out to San Leandro and this is why I don't like doing business in cities. We walked out. If you work hard for your money you should be treated with respect, besides their not the only game in town. In Orinda, Ca there's always specialist who would welcome your business and do a fantastic job especially, in customer service. More
