I was met with a smile and a handshake, asked my interest, shown the vehicle, answered any questions I had then rode in and drove the vehicle. There were certain needs my wife and I had which were interest, shown the vehicle, answered any questions I had then rode in and drove the vehicle. There were certain needs my wife and I had which were the reason for trading for the new Honda CR-V. Those needs were met in the CR-V, we have only been on a 6 mile trip but are happy. This is my fifth Honda, all purchased at Sam Boswell Honda. The employees are friendly, helpful, and want to satisfy every need I (the customer) have. I highly recommend Sam Boswell Honda to anyone and everyone I meet. More

This is my second time using Chris Campbell at Sam Boswell Honda in a 4 year time frame, He is well versed in the products, honest, and takes the time to ensure your in the make and model you desire. I called him up and told him what vehicle I would be looking at, and he had the new Honda Accord parked right up front, and meet me within a minute to welcome me to the dealership. Chris and everyone at the dealership go out of the way to make the car shopping a true experience. Chris takes the time for follow-ups on my new purchase. I appreciate all he does. I have been very satisfied with Sam Boswell Honda over the years. I bought a 2007 Fit, and this dealership has provided good service and a vehicle that has lasted well. I went to 3 other dealers in the area and was not impressed with the way they treated people, on recommendation from a friend I went to Sam Boswell. Upon arrival I was met by Kelly Marsh a salesperso impressed with the way they treated people, on recommendation from a friend I went to Sam Boswell. Upon arrival I was met by Kelly Marsh a salesperson, I explained to her what I wanted and she went to work. I expected to spend the next 4 hours getting the run around - didn't happen, she got me a super deal on my trade-in and a smoking deal on a new Civic for my wife, since our purchase we have been back to the dealership several times for car wash and regular scheduled maintenance and have been greeted by name every time by Kelly. I will give all of my business to her from now on and have sent several friends there to purchase vehicles. Overall I am 100% satisfied with my experience and would recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free car buying experience. More

I had a wonderful experience buying my new Honda Accord. Kelly was great~no pressure and then when I finally decided to buy car. She patiently went over all the details of the car. I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I stepped out of my car. I was greeted by a sales associate when I got out of my car, everyone said hello when I stepped inside also. Her and Josh Byal reworked my deal several times until the could get me in the car I could afford. When it came time to sign papers Dwain was very helpful and informative.
