I went to 3 other dealers in the area and was not impressed with the way they treated people, on recommendation from a friend I went to Sam Boswell. Upon arrival I was met by Kelly Marsh a salesperso impressed with the way they treated people, on recommendation from a friend I went to Sam Boswell. Upon arrival I was met by Kelly Marsh a salesperson, I explained to her what I wanted and she went to work. I expected to spend the next 4 hours getting the run around - didn't happen, she got me a super deal on my trade-in and a smoking deal on a new Civic for my wife, since our purchase we have been back to the dealership several times for car wash and regular scheduled maintenance and have been greeted by name every time by Kelly. I will give all of my business to her from now on and have sent several friends there to purchase vehicles. Overall I am 100% satisfied with my experience and would recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free car buying experience. More
