Lack of communication when car is being serviced. It has taken 5 months to fix. I picked it up twice when they said it was fixed only to get home and realize it was not fixed. Dropped car off on a Wednesday they failed to call and tell me person who is fixing was out sick. Promised me the next day it would be done. The next day they did not return my calls. Friday finally told it was done. Got home- it was still broken! I have had numerous bad experiences with this service center. Billy was obnoxious and rude and yelled at me when i got angry after being told my car was fixed for the second time only to realize it wasn’t. He would not respond when i asked why didn’t they return my calls for two days! More

Terrible experience w service and communication. Jeep had death wobble. No loaners although promised, no parts, and they made me call jeep to get a rental. Jeep and Service and Jeep Corp lacked communication. My part finally came in then disappeared so had to wait for a second part. About 3 weeks to get fixed: When I first spoke to service about loaner, they said even though sales promised u that when u purchased, we are service and sales and Service are different. I said you are both Jeep right? Service did not understand this concept of representing a company. Then service said loaners are usually ‘reserved in advance’ . What does that mean? People know their car is going to break down in advance? It was mind boggling experience, and prob will not buy Jeep again. More
