This has not been the smoothest car buying experience. I've had to sign the lease papers twice, there was damage to the car that needed to be repaired (tear in leather and paint chip) and bring the car I've had to sign the lease papers twice, there was damage to the car that needed to be repaired (tear in leather and paint chip) and bring the car back, and now there was confusion around buying out the lease and will need to sign the paper work a second time. Lots of back and forth on logistics for all of this stuff including confusion on pricing that took way too many communications to get a clear price. Pricing should be very clear and I shouldn't have to push to get things in writing versus it just being said out loud. More

I can’t sing higher praises to a Service team, and I have been to many as a loyal Jeep owner for years. I had an emergent situation with my Jeep happen this week while working out of state, and the team took been to many as a loyal Jeep owner for years. I had an emergent situation with my Jeep happen this week while working out of state, and the team took me in and treated me with the utmost of care and concern. I did not know the team nor did the team know me, but they worked swiftly to help a stranger in need. Throughout my stay I saw some tough clients come in with some pretty high demands. The team remained the utmost of professional and courteous, offering numerous solutions. It was everyone from the front end staff to the mechanics themselves who worked to be so solutions oriented in my case and in the case of others. Too many times you hear the opposite of that- of teams falling apart or cracking under pressure. Not this team. Harvard Business Review should do a case study on this team. Leadership- please do whatever you can to motivate, inspire, and preserve this team. They have nerves of steel and hearts of gold- an extremely rare combination of IQ and EQ as well as talent these days. Bravo and Brava!! More

I have tried to get 2 safety items repaired, one was a recall on my seatbelt because of defect, the other is my airbag because shrapnel may be blown into my face if involved in a collision. Salerno/Duane recall on my seatbelt because of defect, the other is my airbag because shrapnel may be blown into my face if involved in a collision. Salerno/Duane has not been ethical enough to complete either repair after scheduling with them multiple times. There is always an excuse why it can't be done. More
