Worst service of any dealership I’ve been to. Misdiagnosed issue. Took 2 weeks to fix. Problem still remained. Unresponsive. They just don’t know what they’re doing. Was a 2022 Wrangler. Purchased a brand new 2024 Jeep wrangler from Salerno Duane in June 2023. Dropped it off to SD on 27Dec for leaking coolant and SD said they needed to order a part and it was safe to drive. Overheated on Duane in June 2023. Dropped it off to SD on 27Dec for leaking coolant and SD said they needed to order a part and it was safe to drive. Overheated on 15Jan. SD refuses to provide loaners so have to rent a car. Picked up on 30Jan. Leaked again and dropped off on 20May. Picked up on 31May. Texted SD Service videos of loud compressor noise on 26Jun, no reply. Called on 28Jun, no call back. Overheated again on 30Jun. They are terrible at responsiveness or providing status updates. More
