Went over and above taking care of new car problems that maybe should have been discovered and rectified prior to delivery. I was also kind of disappointed that I did not take home the vehicle I test drove maybe should have been discovered and rectified prior to delivery. I negotiated the car sale with St. J Subaru start to finish online, and they drove the car to me without my ever visiting a dealership. I was extremely pleased with the experience, all dealership staff finish online, and they drove the car to me without my ever visiting a dealership. I was extremely pleased with the experience, all dealership staff were helpful, informative and patient from start to finish. Unlike other dealerships I tried first, they did not advertise a car they did not have, and they did not surprise me with a new dealer fee at the end of the negotiations. They told me the dealership fee up front and never deviated. No pressure tactics or push for add-ons. I did enough work to be reasonably sure it was a decent price. All transaction details were handled well, including a post sale return of adjusted funds to me. Thank you, Cole. More

I was looking to switch from a front wheel drive vehicle to AWD and St. J. Subaru was a great experience for me. I went in on President's Day because I happened to have the day off and they were very busy, to AWD and St. J. Subaru was a great experience for me. I went in on President's Day because I happened to have the day off and they were very busy, but Virginia Horne handled my test drive and lease experience beautifully. They also sent a driver to pick me up when I dropped off my previous lease vehicle in Montpelier, which was a great service. A bit disorganized. It should have been seamless as I was a customer with funding set up and knew which car I wanted.
