Some Issues Problems here. Vital info was withheld during my purchase experience. Over 3,200 extra miles had been put on a car above what was advertised, in l Problems here. Vital info was withheld during my purchase experience. Over 3,200 extra miles had been put on a car above what was advertised, in less than 6 weeks. This was shared after a price had been agreed upon, financing arranged, and a pickup date/time set. I was told an employee had been using it but just brought it back. No price adjustments would be made after this disclosure; they did agree to change the oil. They were somewhat difficult to communicate with. A financing offer, normally a 20 minute decision, stretched out over 5 days. This seemed to be due to an internal lack of communication (it seemed to be a surprise the next day when I called to follow up that I had even sent it, and it had to be “found”). That, combined with employees' weekdays off, caused an extremely slow communication process. We bought a Jeep elsewhere as a result. More

On the last hour! Being in the market for a 2018 Rubicon and having created a short list of dealership on where to purchase, I ran across the ad of Safford Fredericksbu Being in the market for a 2018 Rubicon and having created a short list of dealership on where to purchase, I ran across the ad of Safford Fredericksburg on a Friday (a day before making final negotiations with 2 dealerships on the short list). Since Safford Winchester and their Rubicon was in the same area of the dealership on the short list, I decided to stop by for a quick view of their Rubicon. To make the long story short and in spite of the current marketing schema that dealerships are using to lure customers, there was no need to visit the other dealerships listed on the short list. Safford (as a whole) provided a lucrative price thats very competitive against its rivals. From the initial contact with Adam on a Friday, onwards with Jerry, Brad, and Mary on Saturday, the correspondence and purchase experience was on par and direct (respectively). I would like to extend a special thank you to Jerry for being thorough with explaining every “bells and whistles” of the Rubicon to my wife during the post-vehicle delivery process. Would I recommend this dealership? You betcha!!!! And I live in the Hampton Roads area. More
