Best negotiations yet, 4th Subaru Crazy, my wife decided to purchase the new 2018 Crosstrek. The negotiations then switched from email to the phone with two dealerships calling back and forth. All most immediately Eric recognized my wife voice, from her last purchase in 2008 and stated the other dealership will not come close to his bottom line and her needs. Eric was on point, he took the lead of our purchase and was all but done short of signing the paperwork when she was on the phone. When we showed up to the dealership Eric had the Crosstrek serviced and filled up to aid in streamlining our purchasing experience.
