Best negotiations yet, 4th Subaru Crazy, my wife decided to purchase the new 2018 Crosstrek. She spent approximately three hours emailing dealerships to find the right color, interior, options, bottom line price. The negotiations then switched from email to the phone with two dealerships calling back and forth. All most immediately Eric recognized my wife voice, from her last purchase in 2008 and stated the other dealership will not come close to his bottom line and her needs. Eric was on point, he took the lead of our purchase and was all but done short of signing the paperwork when she was on the phone. When we showed up to the dealership Eric had the Crosstrek serviced and filled up to aid in streamlining our purchasing experience. This just confirms what I assumed from the beginning, I will continue to purchasing any and all future Subaru's from Brown's By the way my wife loves her Subaru as well as Eric. Thank you Eric again. All of my questions were answered and information was passed to me with no delay. Friendly staff, clean show-room and very local to where I live (important). Finance employee was very pleasant and efficient. The process was rapid and concise. No hard selling. The salesman I worked with, Eric Bukhari, was particularly helpful and came across as honest and helpful. He has 16 years as a salesman, so I was happy to work with someone who likely holds some clout as an employee in the dealership too. Eric "gets it." More
