Worst experience ever. They will threaten you with police simply because you will ask for a name of a manager and copy of a contract for a car which you bought for cash couple days prior. This is literally w simply because you will ask for a name of a manager and copy of a contract for a car which you bought for cash couple days prior. This is literally what happened. I wasn't able to locate a copy of my contract for a used car I purchased and I asked politely to send me (email me a copy) of contract. I double checked if a manager had my email. He said he won't do it (no explanations given). I asked to provide his full name and he said that he won't share his name. I said: what do you mean you won't share your name? He looked around, saw another employee looking at him and said: my name is John Masoud. Then he said if you (me and my family) won't leave right now, I will call police on you. And just walked away..... More

Absolutely the worst sleazy used car dealership that I’ve ever dealt with...they attempted to pack on an extended warranty that I didn’t want or ask for which cost over $10k.
