Stay away! This company and their associates are both untrustworthy and dishonest. After numerous phone conversations and texts, I setup an appointment to test drive the advertised vehicle. I stopped by STG Auto Group to check out a 2018 Ford Mustang Premium GT, the car was great! It was late night already the bank was closed and they couldn't determine if i would get accpeted for a loan, Mustang Premium GT, the car was great! It was late night already the bank was closed and they couldn't determine if i would get accpeted for a loan, so they asked me if I could leave a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit. The deposit was to verify that no one will take the vehicle. It was the next day already and i have changed my mind that i don't want the vehicle. I send manny a text message saying that I don't want the vehichle no more and i would like my money back but No Answer! I send him an email but No Answer! I call the phone number on STG AUTO GROUP for Garden grove and spoke to the manager he said that he will direct to the right person but still no answer! Honestly if you are a manager you should have access to do these type of request. I'm just letting any future customers know is be careful with these guys and hopefully I could get my money back soon! More
