I am writing this review seething with anger after my recent nightmare experience with Stg Auto Group. I shelled out a whopping $42,000 for a 2022 car that turned out to be nothing short of a lemon. The recent nightmare experience with Stg Auto Group. I shelled out a whopping $42,000 for a 2022 car that turned out to be nothing short of a lemon. The engine light flickered on just a day after I drove it off the lot, revealing a laundry list of issues, including a busted catalyst converter, engine misfire, and lien fuel. It's infuriating to think that Stg Auto Group might have been fully aware of these problems and chose to pull a fast one on me by likely resetting the computer to mask the glaring issues. I expected a reliable vehicle after the dealership bragged about their so-called thorough inspection, but what I got was a pile of junk that's draining my wallet. When I tried to reason with the dealership and discuss a return, they hit me with a stone-cold "no" due to my not opting into their supposed return policy. This lack of customer empathy is beyond infuriating, especially when you consider the serious mechanical issues that popped up just a day after my hard-earned money left my hands. In a feeble attempt to salvage something from this disaster, I suggested a fair trade for the same make and model, even offering to cover the sales tax and DMV fees. But no, Stg Auto Group insisted on taking the trade-in (which I had just bought Sunday) for $4,000 less, and having to pay taxes and fees which totaled to around $8,5000. Talk about adding insult to injury! Stg Auto Group's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond outrageous. They sold me a knowingly defective vehicle and then had the audacity to send me off to the Jeep dealership for warranty coverage. This is a new low in customer service, and I'm absolutely livid. Consider this a warning to anyone even thinking about dealing with Stg Auto Group. Save yourself the headache, heartache, and financial strain. This dealership cares more about their profits than the well-being of their customers, and I wouldn't wish this infuriating experience on my worst enemy. More
