We just had our 3rd and absolute last experience with them there at Sons Ford. My son goes to school in Auburn, we had a problem with a seat in his car the first time. They had to replace it, and could them there at Sons Ford. My son goes to school in Auburn, we had a problem with a seat in his car the first time. They had to replace it, and couldn't get a bolt out and said they would have to replace the entire seat as they would have to cut the frame of the seat, they quoted over 2000 for this repair as they were pricing a new seat in a car that was 7 years old. I found and sourced a used seat for 400, instead of replacing the frame they just installed the used seat and I still got charged over $1100. I should have just drove down from WI and did it myself! Second was there was a service bulletin and the same car needed a short block. Ford had a price for the repair due to the faulty block, Sons quoted $14000 and only would talk about a new motor. I have a friend that owns a Ford Dealership and another that is the service manager for a chain of Ford dealerships. They both informed me of the bulletin and we took the car to a dealer 100 miles away by my mom's in Dothan. That dealership got rave review while Sons is just trying to gouge customers, many calls to the GM and SM with absolutely no return for our concerns. Our last visit was yesterday, my son just needed the cover from the bottom of the engine reinstalled as it came loose from warranty work done here at home before he drove back to school. They wanted $100 to install 8 screws. Again nothing but gouging. Went to the dealer in Opelika and that dealer did it for free due to it being from a warranty repair!! Do Not Go To Sons Ford!!! More
I have grave concerns regarding the recent service debacle I experienced at SONS Ford Auburn. To put it bluntly, their handling of my truck has been an absolute disaster, leaving it in a state of disr debacle I experienced at SONS Ford Auburn. To put it bluntly, their handling of my truck has been an absolute disaster, leaving it in a state of disrepair that is both infuriating and unacceptable. Let's rewind to April 1, 2024, when I made the grave mistake of entrusting SONS Ford Auburn with my vehicle. What should have been a simple fix for malfunctioning windows turned into a 43-day nightmare of incompetence and negligence on their part. Not only did they fail to resolve the initial issue, but they managed to introduce a laundry list of new problems that have rendered my truck virtually unusable. The damages incurred as a result of Sons Ford Auburn's negligence and incompetence are extensive and alarming: Driver Door Window Controls: Despite their alleged efforts, the window controls on the driver's side remain utterly dysfunctional. Driver Door Lock and Unlock Buttons: Similarly, the lock and unlock buttons on the driver's side are now non-operational. Tag Lights: The tag lights no longer work. Inside Cabin Lights: The inside cabin lights exhibit erratic behavior, constantly pulsating without ever turning off as intended. Tire Pressure Sensors: Despite being brand new, the tire pressure sensors now display a fault and fail to provide accurate pressure readings. Check Engine Light: Additionally, the check engine light has been illuminated, signaling potential underlying issues introduced during Sons Ford Auburn's service. SONS Ford Auburn had the audacity to slap me with a bill for $2100, as if their monumental screw-up wasn't bad enough. This laughable fee is an insult to injury, considering the utter havoc they wreaked on my truck, which now requires extensive repair to make it not a danger. The damage inflicted upon my vehicle is not just inconvenient—it's downright dangerous. As a loyal Ford customer, I expected better from SONS Ford Auburn, but their incompetence has shattered any semblance of trust I had in them. More
We were looking for a basic truck and Buck went outside and came back with just what we needed. He helped us with paperwork and everything else before and after the sale. I would have to say that the best part of the experience that saved it for me was our sales person Brian. He was refreshingly sincere and honest throughout the process. I very much felt like he cared not only about doing his job but about us and treating us well and Fairly through the process. If I go back to buy again, I will definitely be asking for Brian. More

When I finally received the car paying to have it delivered and when it finally arrived these are the concerns these are the issues I had found. 1. The battery was only putting out 9 volts I needed to replace the battery. 2. Passenger side windshield wiper was partly torn, Replaced the wipers. 3. Brakes pulsated thru the brake pedal. Took it to a real mechanic and found that the front rotors were warped and rear brakes marginal at best. I had the brakes and rotors replaced. All in total out of pocket $1,520. I spoke to the people in this dealership regarding this one the salesman Cory Meaks, The Service Manager Scott and General Manager Chris Curry. Now I contacted them for reimbursed for the brakes only which was $1142.00 but rethought this total since the rear was a call I made vice their foul up. S requested $571.00 splitting the cost. Received crickets from these people. If you don't want to own up to your dealerships customer satisfaction don't be such cowards as to ignore calls and just state your not going to own up to this customers concerns. I'm not done with this. Next will be the Better Business Bureau, and Sons Owner. Then The news paper for an add. I'm sure The Nelley brothers would frown upon their Grand Fathers and Fathers legacy be tarnished by employee's that do not align with the family's values and customer service. This is not as much about the money as it is with taking care of the customer for their satisfaction. You FAILED. More

I go miles out the way to a different Ford just to get my car serviced! Ridiculous! More
