I very much felt like he cared not only about doing his job but about us and treating us well and Fairly through the process. If I go back to buy again, I will definitely be asking for Brian. More
1st if I could give no stars I would. I'm a 100% service connected disabled service member and retired Army. I purchase my dream car on line from Sons Ford. When I finally received the car paying to have it delivered and when it finally arrived these are the concerns these are the issues I had found. 1. The battery was only putting out 9 volts I needed to replace the battery. 2. Passenger side windshield wiper was partly torn, Replaced the wipers. 3. Brakes pulsated thru the brake pedal. Took it to a real mechanic and found that the front rotors were warped and rear brakes marginal at best. I had the brakes and rotors replaced. All in total out of pocket $1,520. I spoke to the people in this dealership regarding this one the salesman Cory Meaks, The Service Manager Scott and General Manager Chris Curry. Now I contacted them for reimbursed for the brakes only which was $1142.00 but rethought this total since the rear was a call I made vice their foul up. S requested $571.00 splitting the cost. Received crickets from these people. If you don't want to own up to your dealerships customer satisfaction don't be such cowards as to ignore calls and just state your not going to own up to this customers concerns. I'm not done with this. Next will be the Better Business Bureau, and Sons Owner. Then The news paper for an add. I'm sure The Nelley brothers would frown upon their Grand Fathers and Fathers legacy be tarnished by employee's that do not align with the family's values and customer service.This is not as much about the money as it is with taking care of the customer for their satisfaction. You FAILED. More

I scheduled a drop off and every thing & he sent him a text message saying come back and get it they’re not working on it because of him! I have NEVER been to such an unprofessional place in my life! I go miles out the way to a different Ford just to get my car serviced! Ridiculous! More
I had spoken to a salesmen by the name of Corey about a 2021 Toyota Avalon TRD upon me coming to the dealership that we previously spoke the car was sold the night before and Corey didn't even have the dec 2021 Toyota Avalon TRD upon me coming to the dealership that we previously spoke the car was sold the night before and Corey didn't even have the decency to call or write me, we agreed on meeting at noon Dec 16,2023 as I pulled in the lot I was then told the Avalon was sold another salesman by the name of Josh came over to talk as I was writing Corey "that was in the building" Josh then asked for my name and said he'll be right back with Corey and to my surprise no came out and Josh the came out and said absolutely nothing to me when looking directly at me but I guess I was the wrong color I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! More

When we entered the services area we were not greeted and no other customer was there. A young dark gentleman pointed to a guy name Thomas who gave us a dislike look. We were told for a simple alignment we were charged 300$ for a new tie rod because it fell out ? While we were driving there, not to mention the 20 min joy ride they took before they even tired to preform the alignment, it took them from 10:45am til 1:44pm nog to mention we were told not to return and was escorted out because we refused to pay the $300 for an alignment that only took 30 minutes after he refused More
My initial experience with this dealership was horrible. Shannon and Thomas are service writers at this location and their customer service and professionalism are far below sub-par. After three months of Shannon and Thomas are service writers at this location and their customer service and professionalism are far below sub-par. After three months of calling, stopping by, sending emails etc and neither of them returning my call regarding replacing the parking brake cable (which they had the part for) on my vehicle. If my last interaction with this dealership was with either of them, I would not go back and would file a complaint with Ford. Having said that I attempted one more time to get the needed repairs done. When I walked in the service department Kayla met me with a smile and instantly got me in front of the service manager to resolve this issue. I met with Scott (the service manager) and after explaining how his staff behaved towards me insured that the needed repairs would be done two days later and we scheduled an appointment. The driver Ron was very pleasant as well. Kayla made the drop off and pick up process a breeze. Each time I was there she met me with a smile, handshake and paperwork. She maintained excellent communication during the entire process. I would like to give Sons a five-star rating because of my final interaction with them. However, it did still take three months and a lot of headache and annoyance to get a three-hour repair done. In the end Kayla and Scott went above and beyond to improve my experience. I would recommend this service department but I would not recommend dealing with Thomas or Shannon. Not sure how they still have a job there. More
