I dealt with 3 other dealerships while trying to purchase... - Scott

I dealt with 3 other dealerships while trying to purchase my vehicle. I was on a very tight timeline and the other dealers were stringing me along and were being quite dishonest about arrival/delivery dates. Speedway Ford was up front, willing to negotiate, and had my vehicle ready with the requested add on within 3 days. The whole process could not have gone any better, especially during these low inventory times. I highly recommend the Speedway Team! My only complaint is the sticker price, but that is across the board with every brand. Speedway was willing to negotiate and I’m ultimately comfortable with what we paid based on the market.

Kenny and Marlos were absolutely amazing. - Madyson Waters

Kenny and Marlos were absolutely amazing. Kenny Beasley was our salesman and he made the process so smooth, pulled the car immediately and walked me through all car features. Marlos immediately started working on my power of attorney and had all the paperwork ready to sign in a matter of 30 minutes. Kenny had patience with me and my two screaming children, allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision. I highly recommend if you are military, dealing with a POA, or just wanting a good experience.

First off let me say this was one of the best car buying - Mslovely41

First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. Cindy sat in the car and made sure I was connected to the FordPass and my truck. Make sure when you go you ask for her. She will do you right. Thank you so much Pioneer!!!

Incompetent, dishonest service department. - genepace696

Incompetent, dishonest service department. I have been doing business with Baugh Ford for about 10 years now, I bought a truck from them a few years ago and have had work done in their service department many times, I wrote a previous review about a year ago giving them 5 stars. But since then they have a new service manager and incompetent mechanics working there. I'm a senior citizen and veteran living on a fixed income and I had my oil change done there a few weeks ago and they over filled my truck by 3 quarts, lucky I checked and caught this and told them about it. They blamed it on the equipment used to pump oil in bulk, but a quick look at the oil stick would have cured this problem. Next, after draining some of the oil I checked and it was still overfilled, they blamed it on my truck and told me to get an oil analysis which showed there was no problem with my truck. $40 spent on analysis. Next I went to Baugh with a noise coming from under my truck, they told me that it was the 4wd system and I needed repairs done that would cost me $650. This didn't sound right so I went to Long Lewis in Alabaster and showed them the estimate and they checked my truck and found that a weld had broken on the exhaust heat shield and fixed it with a $5 clamp. I showed Baugh's service manager the receipt and asked for the $120 they charged me for a diagnostic fee to be returned. He laughed at me and said that I described the noise wrong and he wasn't giving me anything back, and waved me to the door. I told him that he knew I was right but he didn't care, he just wanted to cheat a old man out of his money. So if your parents or grandparents go to Baugh, please tell them to beware of false diagnostics and shoddy work. Go somewhere else to a reputable dealership like Baugh used to be.

Service department was terrible they spilt oil all over - dstreetman

Service department was terrible they spilt oil all over my engine and then on the way home home it got all over my vehicle. They took my vehicle back the next day to clean it and it is still a mess they didn't clean anything. It is evident that they don't care about your investment because you spend 50 to 60 thousand so now that they have your money they could care less about helping you keep it appropriately maintained! They didn't even fill the oil completely so be aware! They should fix the problem that THEY created!!! If I was their boss they would all have been terminated immediately!!!!
