The staff of Kinney Audi did an outstanding job on our recent purchase of a 2012 A3 TDI. We ordered the car and Richard kept us very well informed as to when it would arrive. Before my visit to Kinney motors, I talked to various dealers and sale's people. 1) Larry Lovejoy at Kinney motors was very helpful, direct, honest and straight forward. 2)He was the ONLY sale's pers dealers and sale's people. 1) Larry Lovejoy at Kinney motors was very helpful, direct, honest and straight forward. 2)He was the ONLY sale's person who gave me numbers on the phone and all the information I needed prior to going to the dealership. That was a HUGE plus for me as I am VERY busy and did not have the luxury of time to visit multiple dealerships BEFORE getting a car. 3)He was also the ONLY sale's person who was willing to stay late, after hours on a Friday BEFORE hurricane Irene to let me test drive the cars. He and Richard (last name??) stayed until about 8 pm to help me and answered ALL my questions. 3) He asked me what my expectations were. I said: quick and pain free process and NO games and playing with numbers, HONESTY. 4) The numbers I got NEVER changed and they honored their word to the end. NO games! 5) Larry and the rest of the team delivered. I got the car I asked for (VERY hard find; they got it for me from NY after hurricane Irene!!)AND the entire process took under an hour for me to get out of the door with my new car. I WILL certainly go back and I will certainly recommend them to any one, as I already have. More

We recently purchased a lightly used VW Sportwagen TDI at a dealership in Pennsylvania, then drove it back to Vermont to find out that fuel was leaking from the fuel filter. I called Leslie at Kinney and ask a dealership in Pennsylvania, then drove it back to Vermont to find out that fuel was leaking from the fuel filter. I called Leslie at Kinney and asked her if we could bring the car in; she said they were very busy but that they'd try to take care of us. We dropped the car off late in the morning and a few hours later Leslie called to tell us it was all set. I swung by and found the problem solved, the car washed and the floor vacuumed. Leslie is a very friendly and knowledgeable service adviser, and the service we received was top notch. Thank you! More

I bought a Q7 TDI. I love the car but it has had a surprising number of problems, at least initially.
