I went to Kinney to have mud-guards added on to my car. I was immediately greeted and written up. this is the 4th car I have had serviced through the years with Kinney motors. i find the staff very customer oriented. I got a flat tire half way into a 5 hour drive to Killington late on a Friday night. I called Kinney VW first thing on Saturday morning as soon as they opened to get an appointment to fix the flat ti Killington late on a Friday night. I called Kinney VW first thing on Saturday morning as soon as they opened to get an appointment to fix the flat tire, as I obviously couldn't drive 5 hours home on a donut. They were more than helpful and accomodating. In fact, in only a quick half hour they fixed my flat tire, washed my car and sent me on my way with a smile on my face.
