I won't go into detail but the whole service experience was not pleasant or even satisfactory. We stopped going there for service. However about three years ago I took the Touareg in for service and thing seemed different. Leslie was awesome and car was ready. I mentioned it to my wife. And then the next time I brought it in again the service was great. Both Leslie and Len are very nice and easy to work with and it really makes a difference. It has been almost three years now and the service is great every time we bring the Touareg in for work. They did a wonderful 30K service on the car and the cost was very reasonable. I hope both of these employees stay at VW/Audi. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership for service. Great people! More

Because of Jim, I went back three weeks later to look at a used Audi A5. Once again, I felt comfortable with Jim right away, he gave my wife and me a good, thorough test drive, and we were able to work out a good price for for the A5 and a good value for my trade-in Ford. When I picked up the A5 the next day, Jim was thorough and helpful in running through the features, and introduced me to the entire service staff. Kelly Platts, the business manager, was friendly and knowledgeable, and made the paperwork a breeze. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend Kinney to anyone. More
