Excellent service I brought our Subaru Forester in for a regular service job. Brian Burke told me that I probably just needed an oil change, since everything else had I brought our Subaru Forester in for a regular service job. Brian Burke told me that I probably just needed an oil change, since everything else had been taken care of at a prior appointment. I was happy to find out that my bill was below expectation, and everything was taken care of within the next hour. Go somewhere else to get your car fixed Long story short. Check engine light on in my car, running rough and wouldn't let me pump gas without the gas pump clicking a bunch of times making it Long story short. Check engine light on in my car, running rough and wouldn't let me pump gas without the gas pump clicking a bunch of times making it take forever to get gas. They tell me I need 2 new coils but should replace all four for $350. They said my warranty wouldn't cover any of it and also if I wanted my gas fixed that would cost $700. I walk out to my car after getting new coils, turn it on and e check engine light is still on and running rough. Walk back in and ask if the light should still be on, tech walks outside plugs it back in the computer and it's still blowing the same codes as before. Exact words of tech "it's probably the fuel injectors this car is famous for it not to put my foot in my mouth." Ok, if it was the fuel injectors I would of only had to pay a $100 deductible on my warranty. Next day find out yup it's my injectors and they still wanted me to pay the deductible but got them to wave it...they switched it around like my coils still looked "worn." Worn does not mean they don't work and clearly no problem was solved. The dealership I bought the car from paid for the gas issue because it had the problem when I bought it. Immediately after getting my car I head over to get gas after the $700 is paid and it's supposedly fixed. Still clicking! Go to another gas station and yup, still clicking. Bring it right back over and the tech sticks his hand in the gas pump and tells me I need a new gas tank which costs $1300...I call the dealership I bought it from and they ask Kinney for a $700 credit for misdiagnosis and they say no. Now my car is getting fixed where I bought it because I do not trust these people whatsoever and upon asking around find out this is a regular thing for them. Unlike what they told me throwing parts at a car is not "the name of the game" and I will never bring my car back again. $1,050 in misdiagnosis and they are unwilling to take blame for their poor work and tell me cc sports are junk cars, really?! These are the cars YOU are selling and are supposed to stand behind? More
