While Chris was with his manager the other employees were very kind and said Hello as they passed. We did get our Cx30 and the finance. Person was so personable also. We did all that and Chris met us outside to tell us more about the car snd offered To help us empty our car but we already did it. We left with a good feeling and we will definitely tell our friends about our experience and hope to continue to be in relationship with this dealership More

I bought a used 2019 Toyota Highlander that had 42,800 miles from Russ Darrow in Milwaukee. Their system had a problem so financing took 2 Hrs. I asked them not to detail the SUV since I did not want it worked on but they took it somewhere anyway. I finally left the dealer after being there 5 Hrs., drove 2 hrs. to get home in Illinois. within 2 days it now has an exhaust leak and wheel bearing noise. I called several times and my call is transferred and disconnected. - I have never had this much trouble after buying any car before. More
