Bruce in service is a great guy to work with, his boss on the other hand HORRIBLE! My car was there for damage that they caused and while it was there someone opened a door into my car and left a big dent in the other hand HORRIBLE! Justin and Mickey in sales took care of us. Mickey answered all our questions about the new CX-50 we purchased, and Justin provided a good price without any hassle. This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have never written a bad review about anyone or anything, and I feel the need to warn others about this place. My experience of being lied to, mislead, pressured, and taken advantage of is absolutely unacceptable. On top of it, my name was misspelled on all of my paperwork (and the dealership found this to be acceptable), upon receiving my cx90 (running at the time) drove all the way home to Fond du lac with no key fabs from the dealership. Then 1 week later, my legal documents were delivered to a friend to give to me. There has been an ongoing defect with the vehicle and no one will fix it or even take an appointment to fix it, which has been going on for almost 4 months. More
We purchased a 2015 Mazda for our teenage son on 12/2/23. I have waited this long to write a review with the hope that our longstanding issues would be addressed. Unfortunately, I am still significantly fr I have waited this long to write a review with the hope that our longstanding issues would be addressed. Unfortunately, I am still significantly frustrated by our experience. We entered into good faith negotiations with our salesperson, Robyn, and the sales manager, Justin. We were open in telling them that there was only one vehicle that interested us. At first, they were reluctant to show us the vehicle because it had not been fully detailed or serviced. We remained interested and even stated that we were able to pay cash; however, we also said that if financing the vehicle would lead to a better deal that would be fine. It still took nearly 5 hours to complete the deal. When meeting with the finance department representative, Noah, he asked us to promise not to immediately pay off our debt because the bank "would get mad at the dealership." I asked him if he was actually asking me to accrue interest so that the bank would not be upset. He again asked me to "promise" not to pay off the debt for at least three months. We were able to get the car a few days later. Prior to leaving the dealership, we noticed that the vehicle was supposed to have a standard tire wrench and jack. They were missing, but we were promised that the dealership would get both for us. As we drove the vehicle for the first time (prior to leaving the lot), we noticed that the previous owner had installed after-market shocks. The vehicle was riding so low that the back end was bottoming out. We were told that the shocks could be adjusted, but it would take a "special wrench" that the dealership did not have. We were also told that they would obtain the wrench and adjust the shocks accordingly. Despite these promises, it took multiple phone calls to finally obtain the wrench and jack. As for the adjustment of the shocks, the dealership eventually stopped responding to my text messages and calls. This past week, I took the vehicle to an independent mechanic and he was able to adjust the shocks. He assured me that the dealership could have done the same. It seems clear to me that they were simply unwilling to keep their word. All told, I regret purchasing the vehicle at this dealership. It is clear to me that the sale was important but any sense of customer satisfaction did not matter. More
