T was very helpful as it was not told to me that you do diagnostic testing first before service. That would have been a helpful piece of information. The car needed to be kept overnight. I am still not satisfied with my service ( new motor was installed and once I got it home the engine light came on so I bought it back up to Russ Darrow and they said it was my Cadillac converter ) how is t installed and once I got it home the engine light came on so I bought it back up to Russ Darrow and they said it was my Cadillac converter ) how is that so when you just did an overall inspection-I still have not heard back from the manager o spoke with and it’s been almost 90 days More
