The purchase of our RAV4 was simple and easy. Everything after that has been a joke. We had 2 issues that needed to be fixed. The tire air pressure monitor was lit up on the dash. Our sales perso Everything after that has been a joke. We had 2 issues that needed to be fixed. The tire air pressure monitor was lit up on the dash. Our sales person told us she would have it fixed. It could not be repaired the same day, so we would have to take it back. On the way home, we found that the Aux port didn't work. When the service rep called us, we explained the 2 issues. She scheduled a time for us to bring it back in for service and said it would take about an hour and a half to repair. When my wife took it in, she was told they would need to keep it for 24 to 48 hours. We had not planned on leaving the vehicle over the weekend and now had to arrange a ride home for my wife. 2 days passed, no information no updates. My wife called and was told that the tire issue would cost us between $400 and $500 to fix. Service Manager told us that even though our sales person told us it would be fixed, that it had been disclosed on the window sticker. We had no idea what a TPS was, turns out it was for the tires, and we would have to pay. The Aux issue would be covered. They've now had our car for 3 out of the 4 weeks that we've owned it, leaving us a car down for the family. We will never do business with the Darrow Group again. More

Just bought my truck I understand it was a used vehicle but I shouldn't of had to have the brakes installed on them and wasted another half of my day in travel time to bring the truck back down i was givin but I shouldn't of had to have the brakes installed on them and wasted another half of my day in travel time to bring the truck back down i was giving a loaner vehicle which was nice but had to but gas in that because it was on empty and I brought it back on almost 1/2 of tank of fuel Ed in service took care of everything awesome job this was my second mistake with Russ Darrow first time was when I came down to test drive the same vehicle I purchased and I had a appointment to drive it but someone else already had it overnight so on e again another wasted trip so I would say 2 strikes against your company More
