I love walking into Russ Darrow Kia Wauwatosa as I'm always greeted with a smile, and several people even remember my name. I've purchased cars from my salesman Bernie, he always knows the type & color always greeted with a smile, and several people even remember my name. I've purchased cars from my salesman Bernie, he always knows the type & color of car I like, and makes me feel I am special. I have all of my service done there as well, and same as before always greeted with a smile and by my name. I especially would like to point out "T" as he has been super with my service visits, and gets me in and out quickly.
