Serviced car and diagnosed warning light problem. Two warning lights were illuminated on dashboard. These were diagnosed, one was due to loose gas cap, the other to a faulty break hold switch. Also, the car received routine maintenance ( oil change, etc.). More
Feel like i am a bother Good: Aaron lined up FIVE cars for me to test drive👍🏽 The girl who took my oil change order & woke me afterward was great👍🏽 Bad: I bought a use Good: Aaron lined up FIVE cars for me to test drive👍🏽 The girl who took my oil change order & woke me afterward was great👍🏽 Bad: I bought a used veh w/$20,000 cash. I realized later that the wiper blades were SHOT & the antenna is missing. Imagine 1 of the most important features w/0 an antenna. Their response: “How do we know it didn’t happen while you had it” ...for that short amount that i had it? BCOZ I’M HONEST. I’M NOT GOING TO xxxx OVER WIPER BLADES & AN ANTENNA. I was told they would look for the 2nd fob. I still have only 1. That would be a real hardship if i misplaced it. Ugly: I can’t believe that ____ w/the glasses is still hired. It was a total bother for him to bring back out a BRAND NEW car that i was considering the 1st time i shopped Darrow. The only reason i came back, back then, was i saw a veh i liked in the lot, & bought it. The AA guy who sold it to me (duzn’t work there anymore) was much nicer than the 1st guy. So i came back & bought a 2nd 1 from Darrow ...but not sure i’ll be back esp due to feeling ripped off w/blades & antenna, & what they “said about me”. Just used to that pleasant feeling of businesses bending over backwards these days. Tip: Ask if cust wants car wash w/oil change. I just got mine professionally washed only to come out & have to wipe it all down, also fearing that Darrow’s wash may have removed the wax & poly shield etc. I will accept a call if you like. 414-573-6097 More

Each time, I have found Russ Darrow Honda to be consistently focused on providing value and satisfying me. While working with George Mathews and his overall team at Russ Darrow Honda has been a very positive experience, the Service Department as a whole consistently meets or exceeds my expectations. I have worked mostly with Jay and Eric of the Service department. Both are top tier Service Advisors. They are very friendly, responsive, customer focused and do what it takes to solve my service needs at a very competitive price. During my last service visit, Jay was my Service Advisor and continued to provide his exceptional customer service. He was very responsive and saw that my service needs were properly met in a timely manner. Jay is an exceptionally reliable Service Advisor and someone I can count on to get the service work done right at a competitive price. It is always a positive experience working with Jay. More

Bad service After our oil change was complete, the service department washed our Pilot and got our interior of the truck all wet. They tried to dry it a bit but l After our oil change was complete, the service department washed our Pilot and got our interior of the truck all wet. They tried to dry it a bit but left all leather seats wet dash board was wet all my personal belongings were wet. Not sure if they opened the windows and ran it through the car wash. I hope none of my vehicles electronics are damanged. Will be calling the service manager to complain about the poor service. More

From bad chatbto missed warning lights My experience with Russ Darrow began with theur online chat option. I asked a simple question, how much will an oil change be fir my 2015 Grand Carava My experience with Russ Darrow began with theur online chat option. I asked a simple question, how much will an oil change be fir my 2015 Grand Caravan given that you are a Darrow Honda Dealership? Rather than anser that simpke question, the chat rep prceeds to send me a non-functional internet link to the company website where I had started from. In addition, she tells me a service rep will co tact me shortly. If I wanted a service rep I would have called them directly. Then ... When I arrive for theur self-titled EXPRESS OIL CHANGE service, they tell me it will take 45 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to change oil and conduct their poor 27 point i spection while it drains ... but I digress. After an hour goes by it is finally ready . I pay my bill and as soon as I start my 2 year old car it show a TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT on the dash. I’m already late for another appt. so I call 20 minutes later from home. I tell them DEON wrote down my tire pressure on the paperwork so how did he not see the TPMS warning light on the dashboard? Would I recommend them .... NO. Would you? More
