I told her what the issue was by doing research on line of the problem with the rear hatch not opening in cold weather. This problem has been going on with Honda CRV since 2011. When it's cold outside the rear door latch doesn't open.. no recalls? Before I made the appointment, I talked to the parts manager to make sure the switch was in stock. After waiting 1 hour Alobdra told me it wasn't in stock and they would call around for the part, but they later found out they had the part. It took 2.5 hours to do. More

I’ve brought my Accords here for many years and Injust brought my 4Runner in for an oil change because the service guys at Heiser were shady. I met Malcom Livene in the waiting area. He stopped to chat and I kind of called him out on doing a service up (I did 10 years in auto sales and was a sales manager as well). Very polite kid, easy to talk to. When my wife decides to pull the trigger on reading her Accord in, I’ll be sure to give Malcom a holler. More
