Way too long! It took over an hour and forty minutes for an oil change. Nonscheduled maintenance in need of repair Older vehicle needing maintenance to keep automobile running to factory specifications. I made the decision to keep my car since it has low mileage an Older vehicle needing maintenance to keep automobile running to factory specifications. I made the decision to keep my car since it has low mileage and I want to get more use out of it. With that decision I realize it will need upkeep so that comes with the territory. Service Advisor communication I was not satisfied with my experience. I made an appointment on august 3rd, 2019 @ 1pm . I showed up at 1255pm. The service advisor by the name of Al I was not satisfied with my experience. I made an appointment on august 3rd, 2019 @ 1pm . I showed up at 1255pm. The service advisor by the name of Alicia Norwood took my car in for service. She did her rounds around my car and took my name, phone number etc. She told me itll take about 2 hours to 3hours max to get the car finished. I came back in around 3:25pm. She did not give me a call NOR let me know that my car was already finished at 3pm. I waited and waited and waited in the waiting area until 5pm, which was closing time. Luckily one the other service Advisor came up and ask if I've been helped. I told her that I've been waiting for almost 3 hours for my car to be finished or at least Alicia to call and let me know. She never did. She saw me waiting in the waiting area but did not have the nerve to let me know that my car was finished at 3pm. She did not do her job correctly. Everyone who came in after me have gotten out before me. I am so upset at her customer service. Alicia Norwoord did not do a great job. I am displeased with her customer service. More
