The service has dropped tremendously since their move to their new facility! They put $100,000’s into the building and tech (which is WAY out of the way), but they didn’t seem to put any money into their cu their new facility! The last time (my LAST time) I was there, the service tech had me wait 15 minutes PAST the time my car was ready because she got distracted by a former employee coming in. I have no problem with seeing your friends at work, but I do have a problem with it when it impacts customer service! I will NOT be returning. Ever! More

Rowley was awesome he is very professional. He will be honest with you but you will never feel pressured to buying a vehicle when you work with him. My Service person was Angela she was great she communicated with me every step of the way until complete! She made sure I knew the price before the work was done! Met this man, knew him, very nice once you get to know him. But he said something once that I'll never forget.. "You can get a car with no money but not a house" anybody with this attitude who's in manage him. But he said something once that I'll never forget.. Him and the Dealer I worked with while getting my first vehicle with really no established credit.. Were dishonest. They'll make you believe you can afford a certain car note. My advice is too always have someone with you thats knowledge of the mind of salesmen and cars. Do not go to Russ Darrow Honda to purchase your first vehicle. This dealership and there salesmen are more focused on there own self interest then they are trying to get you a fair deal. More

I just needed my headlight blubs replaced. After calling and getting a verbal quote of $10.00 per headlight I bought my blubs and went in. $95.00 later my blubs are in. Apparently you can't get at them without moving other things. Being on a tight budget, this is a cost I could have done without. Manufacturer's are making simple things like replacing blubs simply ridiculous. My only complaint with the servicedepartment is the incorrect price after they had my cars information. More
Upon my arrival, Chris Berger was very attentive and helpful. He did a great job of identifying the service that was due and of keeping me informed and out the door ASAP.
