I sent him a coupon for a free diagnostic check and they didn’t take it so we still don’t know with the noise it is. They washed his car and he got in his car and it was soaked on the inside. He went back into service and was told they could give him a towel. I don’t think will be back for another oil change in the future. More

While waiting for the service department to finish Lesia Matthis took the time to show me new vehicle options to meet my changing needs. Never pressured nor pushed into a decision when I visit Russ Darrow Honda is one of the main reasons they get my continued business. She also made sure to connect me with Jonathan Maxwell who made sure I was more than covered and prepared for any future incidents. I appreciate everything they do each time I visit this location. The service tech, Alondra Sandoval, greeted us, was friendly and knowledgeable. She walked through the recall information, recommended additional service and provided all the necessary details. She offered a reasonable time estimate to complete the service work. Alondra contacted us once the service was finished. Arriving to pick up the vehicle she again greeted us and walked through the details of the service and overall condition of the vehicle. I really appreciated the care and attention and would highly recommend Alondra and Russ Darrow Honda service. Thank you. More

What kind of business advertises “service specials” right on their own website, but then doesn’t apply those spevials UNLESS THE CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY DEMANDS THEM. Answer: Russ Darrow Honda. What kind of business tells you to your face that a service will take 45 minutes, but even after 75 minutes hasn’t updated you on the readon for the delay? Answer again : Russ Darrow Honda. And what company tells you you need “intermediated brake service” when you just had front pads and both front rotors repaired. BY THEM only 9 months earlier? Answer: Russ Darrow Honda. They used to be much better than this. I also noticed that most of the 5 service advisors working today were not familiar from 9 months ago. Coincidence? Maybe. I don’t think I’ll be staying with them when they relocate this summer. I trust my local Firestone more. Oh, and they tried to charge me $49.95 to replace a $20 cabin air filter that took me ... and unskilled owner ... literally 2 minutes total to remove and then install. Technician Rocco wrote in one note that my coolant was low, but did not indicate that he topped it off as is customary practice at most car repair facilities..... and I just went out to check and NO HE DID NOT TOP OFF COOLANT, yet on the multipoint summary Rocco marked GREEN which means satisfactory which it was BELOW LINE MARKED MINIMUM. Fail on this one! More

I told her what the issue was by doing research on line of the problem with the rear hatch not opening in cold weather. This problem has been going on with Honda CRV since 2011. When it's cold outside the rear door latch doesn't open.. no recalls? Before I made the appointment, I talked to the parts manager to make sure the switch was in stock. After waiting 1 hour Alobdra told me it wasn't in stock and they would call around for the part, but they later found out they had the part. It took 2.5 hours to do. More
