Having 2 cars not driveable on the same day was not a cool experience. But thanks to Angela Davis, Service Advisor, at Russ Darrow, the day greatly improved. When I called to tell her what was happening, she immediately diagnosed my Honda CRV’s problem. I got the CRV towed to the dealership, got the problem taken care of and Angela made arrangements to have the CRV brought to my home. From my initial call to Angela to having the CRV returned to my garage took no more that 3 hours and I was able to remain home. Thanks to Angela for reducing my stress level. Angela has exceptional customer service skills and a role model in providing excellent customer satisfaction in a very competitive industry. Chuck More

No consistency with payment for services Services have declined. Purchased tires from them 3 years ago and keep having issues with air pressure.
