I went in for an oil change and waited for my car to be done, the service attendant was pleasant and professional, the facility was clean and comfortable. I was done in about 20 minutes. Eric the mechanic ck'd my tie rod- felt the tied rod being loose. Pleasant & efficient. I went on a payment plan, trying to get word on a reduction of costs anyway now. Car is only only alittle over being loose. Pleasant & efficient. I went on a payment plan, trying to get word on a reduction of costs anyway now. Car is only only alittle over 3 yrs. old & not even 19,000 miles. Would like to get a compensation for costs- waiting. Took 2 1/2 hrs. to fix problem. Glad they had the part in stock, just hoping to get some payback rewards! Thanks for your attention & service! More

I have never had service performed by the dealership and did not purchase the vehicle there.
