Quite Disappointed. First I tried their online chat to get some info on a vehicle. I literally waited 20 minutes for response so then I filled out the online quote request and at home test drive request. get some info on a vehicle. The online test drive request form said a salesperson would call me so I waited some more. Finally sales guy calls to tell me they dont do at home test drives for this vehicle which should have been noted on the website. If its not available the website should not allow me to request an appointment. Sales guy also tells me this vehicle needs a lot of work. Needs tires brakes and has engine problems! All these things should be listed on ad for this vehicle! People read these descriptions to find out everything they can about these vehicles and not listing all the information is misleading and disrespectful to people they want to be their customers. Alls they have accomplished is making me definitely not a future customer. Completely wasted my time and their time! More

A few months ago while having my Civic serviced I asked that Darrow Honda check the brakes since they had not been replaced and I had over 100k miles. They allegedly checked them over and said the pads we that Darrow Honda check the brakes since they had not been replaced and I had over 100k miles. They allegedly checked them over and said the pads were fine and didn’t need replacing. Around 10000 miles later I noticed the brakes were pulsating and took it in. The technician said I now needed new pads and had to replace both rotors because they were badly warped. They wanted $600 for the repair. I walked out of the dealership very angry knowing that if they would have checked them appropriately a few months ago, I would have only needed the pads replaced and rotors resurfaced for $190. I left with brakes still pulsating and will look to have them repaired elsewhere. I don’t live near Darrow Honda(60 miles away) but have been going there for years since they have been very reliable, fair and offer excellent deals for service. After this poor experience I plan to take my business elsewhere. Service agent was pleasant but did nothing to rectify the situation. It wasn’t her fault the dealership misled me but making it right would have went a long way and kept me a loyal customer. More
