Diagnostic fee?? Can't blame this on Zoe, but she didn't help either... Had my airbag replaced due to recall. That service was on-time and polite. Within one week Can't blame this on Zoe, but she didn't help either... Had my airbag replaced due to recall. That service was on-time and polite. Within one week the dashboard started making a rattling noise. I dropped the glove compartment open and tried to find the source with no success. Brought the car back (it was 6 weeks later, first opportunity), service tech partially opened dashboard and could not find the source. Zoe said since it was not related to the airbag installation, I would have to pay a $60 diagnostic fee for further exploration but with NO promise of a solution, I declined. Took it to a private service facility that quickly found that the mounting bolts for the airbag were loose, tightening them solved the noise issue and (gee whiz) no charge. If their service techs can't properly install an airbag isn't that kinda dangerous? If they still can't correct it while it's making noise, well, that's just sad. More

Fun, personalized shopping experience We found Russ Darrow Honda while looking for a new family vehicle after our old one unexpectedly quit starting. They had several vehicles in our price We found Russ Darrow Honda while looking for a new family vehicle after our old one unexpectedly quit starting. They had several vehicles in our price range, but none that met our needs, so they helped us look at other options for financing and test drive a few higher end vehicles. Derrick and Victor were accommodating and helped us narrow our search. Derrick followed up the next day with another van that would fit our needs. Sadly, we had already decided to get a car from a dealer more local to us as Russ Darrow Honda was an hour away. He still celebrated with us and was a great encouragement. I would highly recommend Russ Darrow Honda for their friendliness, personalized experience, and passion for helping people. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the cleanliness of the older used cars. I understand rust issues, and body damage, but it's not hard to run a vacuum through the vehicle and collect trash after test drives. One car had dirty floorboards, another had a partial can of soda, and a third van (that we did not test) had a flat rear tire. It was just little things that are easily fixed. Overall, a wonderful experience. If we lived closer, we'd definitely be purchasing from them! More
