Great car, disappointed in delivery We came to Russ Darrow Honda because they had the exact make/model we wanted. The price and negotiations were fair. We came back that evening to sign the paperwork and take delivery, and that is where we left a bit disappointed. It seemed we were the only people taking delivery of the car, yet we were still asked to trek our family across the parking lot, in the rain, to meet the finance manager in their used car dealership to sign paperwork. Next time, I would suggest asking the finance manager to come to the customers. Secondly, when our salesman was going to show us all the options on our new vehicle, it was decided to sit in the parking lot in the rain to go through everything. We overhead him state the garage was full with two other cars waiting for delivery. Next time, I would suggest making room for a current customer to have room in the inside garage bay, rather that keeping two cars parked for people who are not present. More
