Worst experience ever The assistant contacted me after I sent an email in regards to price. She booked me for a VIP appointment that was already booked by someone else. W The assistant contacted me after I sent an email in regards to price. She booked me for a VIP appointment that was already booked by someone else. When I got there I did a lot of waiting around as the sales person was still with another party. I test drove the car and setup another appointment with the sales person to come buy the car. Later that day the assistant called and asked when I was going to return, I informed her that I've already setup a date/time with the sales person and she stated nothing was written down. I returned on that date/time that was schedule, payment options were discussed and a contract was signed. I brought the car home, three days later I get a call that the incorrect finance rate was on the contract and I would have to sign a new one. They new rate is going to cost me more and they are doing nothing about this. More

Buying my Honda CR-V My buying experience was great overall. My salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. Buying something this expensive made me quite anxious, but the sales team really worked as a team and made me feel much more comfortable. I was shown the two models I was interested in and ended up buying the EX-L. I was impressed that they had the interior and exterior color I wanted on the lot so I could buy my car right away. I was a little disappointed by how little I was offered for my trade in. However, they did compromise with me and we were able to find a price we could both agree on. Now i just have to get used to all the bells and whistles on my new car:) Thanks for helping me find my dream car! More
