Esxellent expirience I’m dealing with customer ! From the time arriving for my appointment to the time I picked up my car, I was shown excellent customer service skills by the Service Advisor Jay Mal From the time arriving for my appointment to the time I picked up my car, I was shown excellent customer service skills by the Service Advisor Jay Malkowski and Kyle the techitian. I came in on Friday evening with a problem of all my lights being on and FCW system failure warning. Jay and Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem and explained to me that fixing this issue will take leaving car in for a whole day . Jay advised me to bring a car next day in the morning, he had a nice, clean loaner car prepared for me that day. Throughout the day Jay communicated with me on what was the problem and how they will take care if it. I’m very pleased how well and with much attention to the details I was taken care of by Jay Malkowski. Definetely will return for the service to RussDarrow Honda on Browndeer Rd More

So far so good I was happy to find a vehicle and get approved for financing. They broke the side mirror during cleaning so I have to find a couple of hours to drive I was happy to find a vehicle and get approved for financing. They broke the side mirror during cleaning so I have to find a couple of hours to drive back there to have them fix it. I've had the car a week and noticed some issues while braking so hopefully the warranty they sold me will cover it. More to come after I get it serviced.... More
