New Car Purchase On 1/28/19 we picked up our new Honda Accord Sport. I have never been to a Russ Darrow dealership before and it was one the best experinces I've ever On 1/28/19 we picked up our new Honda Accord Sport. I have never been to a Russ Darrow dealership before and it was one the best experinces I've ever had in purchasing a car. I started online and dealt with Jennifer Hodges she was prompt and got me the information on the cars that I was interested and told me that she would set up a time to come in and talk with one of the managers either Al or Josh. I set up the appointment for 1/24/19 and when I got there for my I talked with Josh and he me all set up with sales rep Mike Tuler. Mike was great he had all of the information from Jennifer and had pulled a car into the garage for me to look at. It was really cold that day and I appreciated having a warm car to look at. I took it for a test drive and when I got back he had looked at my car and had all of the numbers ready. I told him that this was my wife's car and I would need to talk to her about it. He called me on Monday the 28th to see what we had decided and I told him what car we decided on and asked him when he could have it ready. He told me he could have it ready that afternoon. We went in around 4pm and left the dealership around 6:30pm with our new car. Thanks to Mike & Jennifer and the rest of the staff. More

Low Pressure, Great Product Knowledge, Fair Pricing I ended up at Russ Darrow because of really lousy service at a different Honda dealer, one where I had previously purchased two other new Hondas. It I ended up at Russ Darrow because of really lousy service at a different Honda dealer, one where I had previously purchased two other new Hondas. It was time to replace my wife's CRV and she was interested in a new Civic EX. Salesman Jeff Zembrosky greeted me, and I told him exactly what I was looking for (I did not tell him about the poor service I got at the other dealer). We sat at this dest and he worked up an offer that was $500 less than the other Honda dealer, and I didn't haggle for the price at all. Eventually, we ended up leasing instead of buying. The process was painless, except for all the paperwork that has to be reviewed and signed, but I've had that experience at every dealer. When taking delivery, Jeff went over every feature in the car and how to use them. Finance Manager Johnathan Maxwell was also a pleasure to work with. We will be purchasing two more cars in the near future and we would be happy to return to Russ Darrow Honda. More
