Quick and honest I was a loyal customer of a different dealer (wilde honda in brookfield). I told the sales rep at Russ Darrow about my experience with Wilde and said i would be done with Hondas if that got repeated. They were honest and upfront about my expectations and what they could or couldnt meet. I was originally looking to buy my honda at a time where there were no promos occurring and they immediately said "you can buy it now, but the pricing would not meet your expectations and you can get a way better deal at a later time". I'm so happy they told me that, and they kept in close contact with me and notified me when the deals were perfect to fit my needs. I'm so happy with Russ Darrow and our sales rep Amanda, they've earned all of our business from now on. More

Certified pre-owned purchase and service. Derrick is very friendly and took good care of me during the purchase process. (Almost 3 months as I shopped around) Always remembered me and greeted Derrick is very friendly and took good care of me during the purchase process.
