Great experience I have been a customer since the dealership was in Mequon. I traded in my 2015 Civic for a 2019 Civic Sport. Although he explained everything thoroughly, he didn't try to push the higher model or additional features throughout the sales process. Air Bag recall I came in for the recall on the airbags .When I was to leave I noticed the floor on the drivers side was covered with grease footprints. The passeng I came in for the recall on the airbags .When I was to leave I noticed the floor on the drivers side was covered with grease footprints. The passenger side dashboard had 2 holes in it. Angela Davis 958 cleaned the floor while I was there. I had to come back the next week when the interior repairman was there. I was very disappointed with service the first time I was there.
