Matt Peters was able to assist my uncle in getting a Ford Escape...friendly guy. I would have given him a 5* rating but he knows why I gave him a 4. He answered all of my questions & always responded in a timely manner. Nice salesman. Make sure the finance manager doesn't try to get you to buy GAP insurance. It is more expensive through dealership & much cheaper through an independent insurance agency. My uncle & I were satisfied with the service we received from Matt. When my uncle went to pick-up the vehicle, paperwork was ready & he didn't have to wait a long time. He also had a permanent plate put on instead of a temporary plate. I would refer him to someone else. More
