My experience purchasing a used car at Rowe was very positive. I shopped intensively for two days, talked to a lot of salespeople at a variety of dealers, and test drove many cars, and Rowe was my favo positive. He trusted me to take the cars out by myself, he was honest about what the cars were worth, and he avoided all high-pressure sales tactics. In the end, I felt that I got the car that I wanted for a fair price in a process that actually proved fun. I would highly recommend Rowe and Jim in particular. More

I was very impressed with the service I recieved from ken. I wanted a grey hundai elantra with grey interior and there wasn't one on the lot. I recently bought a new F250 at rowe ford. We had to build the truck and all the other dealerships I contacted pressed me for personal information and wanted me to purchase the truck right then and ther build the truck and all the other dealerships I contacted pressed me for personal information and wanted me to purchase the truck right then and there. My answer was I haven't even looked at them yet. I went online instead and Rowe was the only dealership that just wanted my email address and had an online feature to build trucks; with the price- without my name address and phone number. I promptly received an email from Kevin Callnan, the internet sales manager, who provided me with his contact information. I felt very comfortable with this approach and appreciated the fact that this was a no pressure situation. It gave me the time to do research and think about what I wanted. I contacted Kevin and was very impressed with his no pressure approach. We met to discuss the truck, he gave me good advice regarding features on the truck but did not try to sell me options I didn't want. Kevin has alot of knowledge about the vehicle. He is always responsive to messages and calls. He helped me make it a 'better truck' for a fair price. I very much liked the fact that as we talked about price and value Kevin did not keep leaving the room to check with someone else to get the ok. The whole operation seems very professional. More
