This dealership is the worst I ever experienced. They LIE and Bait and switch prices. Extremely improper attitude. I had appointment to buy a car driving from long Island and they sold the car the night before. Kristen Burns who handles thier complaints had excuse after excuse why this happened she is a poor excuse as a business relationship person. I am reporting the bait and switch pricing to the NJ Attorney General to investigate. Kriston sent me a email confirming the price then I was told that price was a mistake and tried to raise the price by $3000 and after selling my car the day before THEY gave me a appointment to buy it tried selling me same car for $10,000 more. Stay away from this dealership read Yelp and other sites nothing but recent complaints about Sales , Service , parts. A complaintly big mistake even speaking to these lairs and misleading dealership. Please look at my Yelp review along with my filed complaint with the Attorney General bait and switch law. Don't believe anything Kristen writes back just lies she transfered me to someone who lied about his name Mark Igram. WARNING WARNING WARNING already many complaints all over the internet. The price on their cars are not correct. They do not include a $3999 certification fee, to better compare their price to other dealership. you need to add $4000 to it. Was in the dealership to look for a replacement to my current Nissan and was treated very unprofessionally by the sales manager. I was there to meet him at 9 AM and he did not arrive until almost 10 o'cl current Nissan and was treated very unprofessionally by the sales manager. I was there to meet him at 9 AM and he did not arrive until almost 10 o'clock. He did not understand my situation and told me flat out that he did not want to help me at all. I even had a representative from Nissan on the phone that heard how I was being treated with regards to my situation. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The remaining staff that I interacted with were very attentive, professional and understanding. I tried calling the General Manager, but no response. I strongly advise not buying any car from this dealership. I can't give any stars to this rating. More
First off my wife went to do 3 recalls on the vehicle, called ahead of time told them about recalls and they just said to come in. When she checked in they asked about her fuel level, after she stated wha called ahead of time told them about recalls and they just said to come in. When she checked in they asked about her fuel level, after she stated what it was,they said they can’t preform any recalls service above certain amount of fuel level. They did not offer to extract any excess or any help with fuel and they did not mention this over the phone prior when she was making appointment. Past that later on service was done 2 out of 3 recalls no parts. We made an appointment send out daughter they mentioned it will be 3-5 hours. When our daughter showed up again they didn’t communicate this prior coming to the dealership they said people called out and some didn’t show for work they will need a day or two. We said no problem, we use our vehicle on daily basis give us a loaner. No loaner available. Our daughter had to drive back waste time and day for nothing. We asked why they didn’t communicate this prior so we don’t waste our time they said they will talk to manager he will reach out. Service manager never called. We spoke next week to reschedule, service advisor said he will have loaner ready for our daughter on Monday he will take care of everything sorry for before. Our daughter went today to get a loaner and guess what she is 18 and they won’t give out a loaner if not 21. Again our daughter was there before and no one cared to let us know they have guidelines and age restrictions. My daughter wasted another day driving back on forth 30 mins going out of our way when we have another Nissan dealer close by. Told her to leave we are never coming back, called the dealer close to my home and made an appointment. Extremely poor communication, not managing client expectations, not knowing regulations and rules, not explaining certain regulations ahead of time over the phone. Just taking reservations like it’s casual Friday dinner. Wasted out time, fuel, didn’t care at all about the costumer. Never coming back, we have got 5 cars from this place, no more. EDDIE MORAN is PHENOMENAL at his craft & Nissan is lucky to have him. From the time I sat down with him he assured me that he would do his very best to assist me with my car buying needs and he did just tha to have him. From the time I sat down with him he assured me that he would do his very best to assist me with my car buying needs and he did just that! Not once did I feel like I was talking to a “sales person” I had even joked (it was the truth) and stated to him how I hated the process (negotiations) and just having to be there (lol). Eddie definitely contributed to me not hating the process as much and was an absolute pleasure to work with. More
