This dealership engages in false advertising and I’m reasonably certain they fabricate their own 5 star review to compensate for the 1 star reviews online. Over 90% of 1 star reviews have some form of reasonably certain they fabricate their own 5 star review to compensate for the 1 star reviews online. Over 90% of 1 star reviews have some form of false advertising element to them and over 90% of 5 star reviews suspiciously compliments a particular person that works at the dealership. Very unethical business and I’ve reported them to the FTC. More
I wish I saw the bad reviews before purchasing a car from this dealer. We purchased a car 6 weeks and have had the check engine light come on three times now. This is so unprofessional and very inconvenient for us because we live 45 minutes away. Do not go to this dealer! It is the worst dealership I have ever encountered and I have been to several! More
Walked in to no greeting and had to find someone to help me. Was taken care of to see and test drive the vehicle I wanted and pre scheduled for. Upon returning, I had to again search for someone to return t me. Was taken care of to see and test drive the vehicle I wanted and pre scheduled for. Upon returning, I had to again search for someone to return the keys. Someone offered to assist me on my purchase. Online the car was offered at $17,998. Was told “This is the internet price and you must buy this coverage for $4000 on top of that.” Never found out the true price and left feeling irritated. The website should disclose this information before wasting my time. Also to note the vehicle was under 20,000 miles and still had build warranties available to the purchaser (as explained by the sales manager). Update: Jamie contacted me and we attempted to work out an equitable deal, unfortunately there still appear to be too many obstacles. Jamie was pleasant and I thank him for his time spent. More

I just bought my daughter a 2020 Nissan rogue at this dealership over the weekend after a long arduous search and the experience could not have been better…The general manager Mike Cibellis and our sales dealership over the weekend after a long arduous search and the experience could not have been better…The general manager Mike Cibellis and our salesman Joseph Daoud were extremely attentive and most importantly men of their word ..(which doesn’t always happen when buying a car) And the gentleman in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with..
