I wanted to purchase the car, and spent more than THREE HOURS trying to get a deal done. We did not haggle on the listed price, and asked for less than 10% more on a trade-in which was easily agreed to. Then came the “optional” extended warranty, which Nissan calls a Certified Warranty. They would budge, they discounted the price of the warranty repeatedly. Then when we still refused, they insisted we pay an extra to “recoup the cost of the certification”. We walked away, furious. Do not waste your time, unless you are ready to pay $1,000 above the listed price. More

I was set to buy my vehicle then was told by the Sales Manager Bernard that I could not purchase the vehicle if I continued to decline the Warranty which was priced from $1500 to $4000. I purchased a used car last year and after inspecting it with my local mechanic during an oil change it was determined that a caliper was faulty and other issues with the engine which should have been seen with my local mechanic during an oil change it was determined that a caliper was faulty and other issues with the engine which should have been seen and addressed prior to selling to me with their inspection they say they do on used cars. I have reached out to the dealer multiple times with no response and corporate says there is nothing they can do because it isn’t a Nissan warranty but third party. I was pretty much forced to pay 2500 for a warranty to buy the automobile (they said I needed to pay for warranty or wouldn’t sell to me) and now no one is helping me to know how to fix the issues. Definitely will not ever go back to Nissan More
