DON’T BUY HERE. Why? It’s simple: they do not honor their internet prices. Not even close. When you add up the advertised internet price, plus a doc fee (ok, n Why? It’s simple: they do not honor their internet prices. Not even close. When you add up the advertised internet price, plus a doc fee (ok, neither the highest nor the lowest I’ve ever seen), state taxes, and DMV fees – I’d be ok with that. But instead, they are thousands of dollars above all of that stuff combined. Here’s the specifics: when you walk in with them – even after making an appointment with their internet sales coordinator – you instead meet some salesman who brushes aside the internet price as some kind of irrelevance. Instead, he begins to try to force on you financing that you don’t want or need (because you are paying cash) and an expensive extended warranty that you also neither want nor need (after all, this car is well under Nissan warranty). All of that puts their price several thousand dollars over the “internet price plus tax and doc fees”. Then, after you spend a half hour declining all that stuff again and again, over and over, they still come back with a price that is between 1-2 thousand over the “internet price plus tax and doc fees”. (Yes, even when you bring the printed internet price, as the fine print requests.) And – all of this is after the internet sales manager writes you, in an email before you arrive: “Yes that's correct we don't charge anything abnormal just your standard fees. What time this afternoon did you want to come in?”. (I must also mention my choosing to drive 5 hours each way to come here, just to have this fall through. I decided to come in, only after I exercised what I thought was very reasonable due diligence - and after I trusted this organization to honor their words.) Me, I personally feel that this is quite deceptive. But hey, as they say, your mileage may vary. Good luck! More

Professional courteous both Sales Consultant Nancy Segui and Sales Manager Bernard Bertsch worked with me to get me into a new Sentra 3 year lease that financially fit into my budget. I am truly grateful on how they assisted me in leasing a new car, and the color I wanted to. Thank you both. On top of that the Mechanics there are GREAT also. More

I have to say, I was skeptical. I was dealing with a representative over e-mail and was provided with a lease quote that was one of the better ones I have seen. I initially did not want to make the trip to the dealership because I thought I would be told, that some information was omitted or the actual deal was much higher. Well, to my surprise, I was wrong. I was greeted by Schuyler Miller who set me up with Tom Bastardo to work with. Even though I told Tom I did not need to drive the car (I had already test drove it at another dealer), he insisted I go to look at the model and color I wanted (which I appreciated). It turns out the deal was what I was told over e-mail. The lease negotiation was minimal and the payment was exactly where I wanted to be and I feel they gave me a very competitive deal. I am satisfied with my experience. Tom was very helpful and took time away from other customers when I came back to pick up the car so he could show me how to work the various features. Schuyler was easy to work with as well. More
