They are a rip off would never buy another car from them again. Everything with them had been a hassle . Service dept was going to charge me for a wheel alignment that came free of charge with my recall , w again. Everything with them had been a hassle . Service dept was going to charge me for a wheel alignment that came free of charge with my recall , which at the time I was unaware of because I received notification of recall via phone not through the mail. After recall was preformed I went to my own mechanic and had wheel alignment done . About 3 weeks later I received the flyer in the mail stating that a 4 wheel alignment is to be preformed at no charge , so with being said I’m trying to get my money back for the alignment that I paid for out of pocket but of course their service manager is trying to say it was preformed well no where on the document that I signed does it say it was done . So needless to say the fight begins More

First 1 Star review I have ever written Purchased a number of new cars here over the past 10 years. The last car was purchased in January of 2018, a 2018 370Z. I was told at the time that I would have free oil changes for the life of the car. I have been back for service and have had the oil changed 3/4 times since then. All have been no charge. Today, I was informed that I now have to pay for them. "The policy has changed." I was told the only people authorized to make an exception to this new policy were the owners. I asked to speak with one. They said that they own 10 dealerships and would never speak to me. They told me, that no one at the dealership even had a way of contacting them. If I wasn't told that the oil changes would be free, I never would have expected it, but you don't change the rules of the game in the middle of it. I was told by the Service Manager that I should take my business elsewhere. Which I will do. YOU MAKE THE RULES, LIVE UP TO THEM. Last time they will see my car or any future business. More

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! 5 MONTHS STILL WITHOUT CAR TO LEGALLY DRIVE,. Every word that spews from Schuylers mouth is a lie. You have been warned! More
