The manger told me to relax it was not that much money, which is one of the most insulting comments I have ever heard. Stay away from the dealership they do not know the meaning of customer service. On july 29 2019 they installed a front passenger seat in my 2018 rogue.Scott Hirsch told me it was from a brand new 2019 rogue.They even walked me over to a 2019 rogue with a missing front passenger seat.H my 2018 rogue.Scott Hirsch told me it was from a brand new 2019 rogue.They even walked me over to a 2019 rogue with a missing front passenger seat.H e made me sighn a release.Then they installed seat.I noticed minor scuff marks on it about 10 minutes later.I purchased a seat from lentini salvage yard.I returned it because it was making my skin irritated and causing respiratory problems.I tried to let it air out for several weeks in my backyard and garage.Had to return it because it may me very sick being near it.They installed the seat from the junkyard on july 29.I went to the emergency room 2 weeks later with severe throat irritation and skin rash contacted owners repeatedly on voicemail.Complete waste of time.Car cannot be driven for any lengnth of time without getting sick.I just got out of monmouth medical center today I drove it from north jersey to long branch More

Went to dealership a couple days prior to looking for a new vehicle, was NOT quoted any prices until a credit check was done, not giving me the option to know what would be best to finance. I traded in a 2 new vehicle, was NOT quoted any prices until a credit check was done, not giving me the option to know what would be best to finance. I traded in a 2009 BMW assuming they would also be in depth with how much the new car would be, later finding out that the SAME vehicle was listed for $12,000 and ended up paying more than the online price not including taxes or “mandatory fees”. We were told we were suppose to check online first than the dealership. That’s not customer service. Went into the store to speak to the manager and the financial department and nothing was done for me in regards to reducing the vehicle to the original price. They kept insisting to me that the only way we can find the right car for the price I was looking for was by credit check and not just by giving simple estimates like other dealers do before taking a hit into my credit. WILL NOT recommend this dealership. More
