I recently visited Route 46 Nissan looking for a new SUV, and I could not be happier with my experience. Thanks to the incredible help and professionalism of Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Bertsch, I a SUV, and I could not be happier with my experience. Thanks to the incredible help and professionalism of Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Bertsch, I am now driving a fantastic 2023 Nissan Rogue! From the moment I walked in, Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Bertsch made me feel completely comfortable. They were a true dream team—friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the Rogue's features (especially the safety tech and the updated interior), and absolutely zero pressure. They took the time to listen to what I needed in a vehicle, and never once pushed me toward a model or feature I didn't want. What really stood out was their commitment to transparency and efficiency. They worked together seamlessly to handle the test drive, and the final paperwork. The financing process, which is usually the most stressful part of buying a car, was quick and totally clear thanks to their organized approach. They patiently walked me through every document, making sure I understood all the details. The Nissan Rogue itself is brilliant—smooth driving, spacious, and packed with great features. But the true highlight of the day was the outstanding service provided by Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Bertsch. If you are considering buying a new Nissan, ask for these two gentlemen. They are the definition of customer service excellence. Thank you both for making this purchase an easy and memorable one! I highly recommend Route 46 Nissan and specifically Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Bertsch. More
Drove an hour down to this dealership and started off with a great experience. I came in for a Kia, but the salesman showed me a Rogue that I liked even better. In another review on Google, Jeff hit the with a great experience. I came in for a Kia, but the salesman showed me a Rogue that I liked even better. In another review on Google, Jeff hit the nail right on the head. Jeff said "First, the internet price was a bait-and-switch. They claimed it was not the final price and proceeded to add thousands of dollars in hidden fees. Most disturbingly, they tried to force a mandatory 7-year/100,000-mile warranty, as if it was required to purchase the vehicle — a tactic that is both misleading and unethical." I was unable to purchase the vehicle without the warranty. I was ready to buy the car TODAY and without purchasing a $5,000 warranty, they wouldn't let me take the car. Super disappointing because I loved it! I was able to find the same car and buy it at Colonial Subaru in Danbury, CT and had an amazing experience. :) Happy ending! More
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a recent service experience at Route 46 Nissan, where I have consistently serviced my vehicle since its purchase. My vehicle qualifies for complimentar recent service experience at Route 46 Nissan, where I have consistently serviced my vehicle since its purchase. My vehicle qualifies for complimentary oil changes through this dealership, and all oil changes have been performed exclusively at this location. On 9/22/2025, I arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment at 9:15 AM. After waiting approximately two and a half hours, the service advisor, Keving Sanchez, informed me that the oil pan drain plug was stripped and that the oil pan would need to be replaced at a cost of $528. I was surprised by this news, as I had no prior issues with the vehicle and had not budgeted for such a repair. When I declined the repair, Keving stated that he could not release my vehicle to me. This was confusing and concerning, especially as I had a time-sensitive meeting to attend. I had no choice but to call my fiancée to pick me up while I attempted to resolve the issue. While waiting, I requested to speak with the service manager, Chris, who clarified that Keving was mistaken and that the vehicle could be released. He offered to apply silicone to the drain plug as a temporary measure, which I agreed to so I could make my meeting on time. If the oil pan is indeed damaged, it seems evident that this damage occurred during service at Route 46 Nissan. As the vehicle has never been serviced anywhere else, any stripping of the drain plug would have occurred during one of these routine oil changes. Furthermore, if the bolt was already damaged prior to this visit, I should have been informed before the oil was changed, not after. I am requesting that this issue be reviewed and resolved appropriately. I do not believe I should be financially responsible for damage that appears to have occurred during service performed by your technicians. Please advise on the next steps toward resolving this matter. More

I went to this dealership to test drive & purchase a car I saw online. Once I said I wanted to purchase it & started doing the paperwork, SUPRISE there was an add'l $4000 charge for their warranty. Told the I saw online. Once I said I wanted to purchase it & started doing the paperwork, SUPRISE there was an add'l $4000 charge for their warranty. Told them I didn't want it because it was only 2 yrs old & still had factory warranty. Long story short we ended up negotiating the warranty down to $2000 & I bought the car. I take full responsibility for how the final transaction went down - If I had done more research I would have seen in the reviews that this was a common bait & switch technique of theirs. I would have been prepared to walk away but I committed the other sin of becoming attached to the car because it was exactly what I wanted. Then after we agreed on a deal they kept us waiting for over 2 hrs to do the financing. I would never purchase another car from them. Buyer be VERY Ware. More
