When we bought the car they were all sweet and When we bought the car they were all sweet and everything. Today when my car broke (under warranty) we talked to an arrogant man in service and the When we bought the car they were all sweet and everything. Today when my car broke (under warranty) we talked to an arrogant man in service and the person who sold us the car doesn’t care he didn’t even called us back. We have a baby that is sick and constantly need a car, the dealership doesn’t want to give us a car while our will be at the service and wouldn’t refund us if we go rent a car. It is shameful how you treat your customer. More

Not sure if Brett actually wanted to sell a car. I asked for numbers several times and he kept repeating “we’ll have to see” without going to see what the car would cost. I came in with estimated payments d for numbers several times and he kept repeating “we’ll have to see” without going to see what the car would cost. I came in with estimated payments done over the phone from the dealership on a specific car to not waste anyones time if it was too much and Brett’s estimate was way over. I understood that over the phone is not entirely accurate but shouldn’t be way over. He explained monthly would be much more once taxes and such were included etc. We came to your store with the full intent of buying an Altima and left feeling like we wasted our time. I don’t think Brett took us seriously so didn’t make much effort as if we were bothering him to make a deal. Left with no car and annoyed. It was like we showed up to someone’s house unannounced and interrupted their day. His loss as we turned around went right back to the previous dealer and bought from them instead. Thanks Brett! More
