Roy the sales rep is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was not pushy at all I felt he was working to make sure I received the best deal possible. He ended up saving me $200 a month compared to a previous dealer I visited. I found the dealer had plenty of inventory giving me options. At first I was a little unsure of the color and configuration wanted. Thankfully I had lots of options to choose from. More
Wish I could’ve given them zero stars. Went and visited a car twice before even talking about pricing. Internet prices look great, until you sit down and get into the nuts and bolts of purchasing. Off the ba car twice before even talking about pricing. Internet prices look great, until you sit down and get into the nuts and bolts of purchasing. Off the bat I’m told every single Nissan certified used car MUST have a warranty purchased with it. The warranty for ALL used nissans was $4,000 even though their website explicitly states NOTHING about having to purchase an extended warranty. On top of that the sales manager skyler had the audacity to ask me if I would be willing to put less than 50% cash down after already telling him I only wanted to finance 20-30% of the purchase price and he asked me if I would extend the life of the loan. Additionally their dealer fees are a rip, $800 documentation fee and $995 prep fee. Get a grip. Oh and they told me on the way out they own every Nissan dealer in the area so I’d run into the same issues. That’s great, I’ll take my money and buy a Toyota. Pure snake oil at route 46. More
They’re untrustworthy and scammers! I brought my 2005 Nissan Altima to the dealership to analyze an intermittent crank but no start issue I was experiencing with the vehicle. I spoke with Henry, a servic Nissan Altima to the dealership to analyze an intermittent crank but no start issue I was experiencing with the vehicle. I spoke with Henry, a service advisor. I explained to Henry my dilemma with the vehicle. Henry told me that I would have to pay diagnostic fee of approximately $199 for them to diagnose the cause of the intermittent crank but no start. I agreed with paying the diagnostic fee. The next day, Henry called back and informed me that the mechanic found the cause of the issue. I was told I needed to clean the fuel rail, replace one ignition coil and replace spark plugs. I then asked if he was sure those were the cause of the intermittent crank but no start. Henry replied Yes. Then he continued to explain that the mechanic did a thorough job and they stand behind the work they do. We then negotiated a fee of $757 for completion of the repairs. I approved to the repairs. He told me once those repairs are completed, the vehicle will be ready for pickup the next day (Friday). I told him I would pickup on Saturday. On Saturday morning, Henry called to inform me the vehicle was still experiencing the intermittent crank but no start despite the repairs they performed. He said the mechanic re-examined the vehicle and now discovered the true cause of the intermittent crank but no start was a blown head gasket. He went on to say that it I would either have to do a head gasket replacement or replace the engine (they clearly weren’t going to do this type of job because Henry didn’t even mention anything about them doing it). He then instructed me to come get the unfixed vehicle and told me my bill would be $757 for the repairs they did. I asked how could they charge me $757 for repairs they told me to do that didn’t produce the results they promised. He wouldn’t answer the question. Shortly afterwards, he hung up the phone on me. Later that afternoon, I went to dealership to attempt to talk with the service manager, Jim Latassa, however he wasn’t working that day. I was told he would be in the office on Monday. While there, I saw my vehicle in the parking lot and I tried to start it but it failed to start. I returned to the dealership on Monday and spoke to Jim Latassa. He insisted I was fully responsible for the cost of the repairs even though the car wasn’t fixed. I expressed to him that I’m not responsible for the poor diagnostic his mechanic did and I was told those repairs would fix the problem. He refused to accept any reliability for their mistake they made. Realizing he wouldn’t take responsibility for the errors of his service department, I decided to leave. Before leaving, I once again tried to start my vehicle but it failed to start. My vehicle is still there after more than two weeks because I refuse to pay for the repairs they told me to do that didn’t fix the problem and the dealership isn’t willing to take full responsibility for their mistake. Their failure to properly diagnose the cause of the intermittent crank but no start prior to recommending repairs made them provide me inaccurate information, which resulted in me not being able to make a sound decision. If I had known from the beginning a blown head gasket was the cause of the intermittent crank but no start, there’s no way I would have approved of those repairs; The cost of a repairing a head gasket or doing an engine replacement is more money than I'm willing to spend on such an old vehicle. It’s more logical for me to use that money to just purchase another vehicle. Making someone to pay for service/product that doesn’t provide to promised results you claimed is scamming More
Pretty thorough with going over the features of the car and answering our questions. The only thing we didn't like was the push to finance, in which we weren't interested. and answering our questions. The only thing we didn't like was the push to finance, in which we weren't interested. More

I called long distance to purchase a vehicle and was told if I did not give a cell phone number they could not help me. She went on to tell me that if I was doing a internet purchase they do not do those. I if I did not give a cell phone number they could not help me. She went on to tell me that if I was doing a internet purchase they do not do those. I asked for the manager and said I could not speak with him unless I informed her exactly why i wanted to speak with him and that she would need to have him call me back and then proceeded to hang up. I asked her name and was told Lily, which I am sure was a lie. I called back to speak with the manager and got a different person and asked me what my business was with him and I said "about a car", she then went on to say I will have to take a message. I am not sure who the manager is but they refuse to allow you to speak with him. At this point I would not purchase a car from this dealership if they had the cheapest car on lot . More
