I highly recommend going to another Toyota Service Dept. Price of service was not explained thoroughly and sign off with customer's approval prior to the service working. Light went on for service. I went 2 times. Thr first day for rotate tires but they offer me 2 new tires. They ordered them but the next da that I went to, I was told that my ca I went 2 times. This is my 2nd complaint for service. Before, like 6 months ago, Thanks to God, I asked for the status of my car and surprise! other guy made me waited 3 hrs for nothing. They forgot that I was here. They forgot to put me in the system and never called. They dont pay attention what they do. I dont remember the name of the guy. More

You broked the pipe and wanted to charge $1700 to replace it Now the cabin fills with smoke when I drive and I have to keep the window open. Very hazardous! I paid a lot of money, almost a thousand dollars, and then some more to have the exhaust pipe to muffler welded for $213 with no warranty! More
