I commend my CSR John V for service beyond ecpectation. You should have express lube oil drop off CSR or drop box to fascilitate car drop off. When customer calls for appoinment CSR had berm informed of wha You should have express lube oil drop off CSR or drop box to fascilitate car drop off. When customer calls for appoinment CSR had berm informed of what customer needs done to the car. With appoinment i still have tow wait 10min just to be check in where printing the work order only took less than 2 min. More

Employees do not follow directions and are unprofessional. You have to repeat to do something five times with five different people just to get an oil change. Had a car wash and th and are unprofessional. You have to repeat to do something five times with five different people just to get an oil change. Had a car wash and they left my window open as I told him to close it. He said he will and forgot to. It resulted my interior seat, floor, and documents getting wet along with few other things. Then I had to wait anouther 25 mins for them to attempt to air vacuum the mess. I had to leave cause I waited almost two hours just for an oil change. Time is valuable and there are 50 other mechanics who could have done my oil change in my area More
